Super fantastico, Dean! Next time they do an animated episode, they ought to be calling you up. Do your best to see the Ecclston/Tennant runs of the show. Tennant especially is quite wonderful. I'd love to see your interpretations of his adventures.
Can I make a plea for River Song? :D Or I guess you can just wait til next series, because you know she will be back. Maybe you could have a Doctor Who-niverse day of the week for a couple months to get through the players in the recent series? Am I sounding to needy?
This is hilarious! I hadn't visited in a little while so I was really happy to see your versions of The Doctor and company. Excellent! I like Matt Smith quite a bit but the 10th Doctor, David Tennant, will probably always be my favorite. I'd love to see your version of him. If interested, here's my caricature of him on my Deviant page:

Definitely plan on drawing Matt Smith. You raised the bar, though!
One more thing. The first episode that the Weeping Angels appeared in, titled "Blink", is one of the best hours of television I have ever seen. I hope you get a chance to check it out.
Very nice I always love seeing the Tardis. Maybe I am a little crazy but I always wanted to see a random blue box during my deployment.

ReplyDeleteThanks Damabupuk, I'll plan on doing just that.
ReplyDeleteOk - these are just too cool - any chance of some Torchwood ones? Would love to see Captain Jack . . . :o) x

Dex, It also just occurred to me that I should add River too. There most likely will be more DW at some point anyway.

ReplyDeleteYour Tennant is great :)
Actually, I was recently able to catch "Blink"... I loved it.
Wow. Thanks! VERY high praise! And glad you liked Blink. That's good stuff. So does that mean a Dean-style David Tennant is in the works??? ; )
ReplyDeletePlease, please, please tell me you're planning to put these in a nice big desktop picture?
ReplyDeleteLOVE LOVE LOVE your work.
Some very familiar pictures in The Sun newspaper today!...
