Wolverine 2.0

Marvel's Wolverine

It was a looong time ago when I posted that first Wolverine on this blog, and I thought Ol' Logan deserved another treatment.

I appreciate Cliff's newest Doctor Who pics today, they are based on "The Eleventh Hour" episode - I had seen a few miscellaneous Tenant Doctor Who episodes (that really didn't grab me too much) before I saw this one , but this is the one that really 'sold' me on Doctor Who. These capture a couple of different moments from it, and we even get Cliff's take on Prisoner Zero! Thanks, Cliff!

It's a WHOsday! The Judoon

The Judoon

It's the one of those quirky, favorite Doctor Who monsters, the Judoon! These Rhino-looking mercenaries are pretty cool aliens.

Cliff has contributed another DW image too, here's what he says about it: "Back to the 5th Doctor, seeming I haven’t done one of his for a while, not really my favourite Doc, and his enemies were a bit rubbish, however, I’ve done one of his more famous ones.  Sharak Jez and his Robot, plus the 5th Doctor and Peri,  from an episode called “the Caves of Androzani"

Hulk Hogan

Hulk Hogan

I never was big into watching professional wrestling, but I do remember going to my friend's house when I was little, and we would play with these amazingly huge, chunky, rubber WWF wrestler figures, chucking Hulk Hogan and Roddy Piper at eachother - those toys were crazy, man!

For reader submitted stuff today, our friend Cliff is back with 2 more Doctor Who images - ‘The Impossible Planet’ featuring Rose, the Oods and Toby Zed”  & ‘Satan’s Pit’ featuring the 10th Doctor in his Space suit.

And on the Doctor Who theme, our friend Sam really wanted to share 2 new sketches from his "The Eleven Doctors project 2013" You can check out his stuff at his website and his facebook page!
And last but not least, it's Philip from PhilipDouglasArt who has chimed in with a neat Batman Arkham City Punx collage/wallpaper he made. Thanks Philip!

I Am The Night!

Batman (The Animated Series version)

The definitive interpretation of Batman to many, Batman The Animated Series was something that I really really enjoyed, however I didn't initially have access to the show on my cable system until the show had pretty much ended its original run. I later saw what the fuss was about though - It was cool, moody, and engaging. BTAS first gave us the character of Harley Quinn and constructed the definitive, heartbreaking origin story for Mr. Freeze. Very cool stuff. Fortunately, the BTAS style merges well with SP style too :)

And you guessed it, Cliff is back with another neat Doctor Who drawing! "Doctor Who & the Keeper of Traken"
