To fulfill a suggestion in part, here's the Big Red Cheese himself - DC Comic's other strongman, Captain Marvel.
I wish this guy got more press than he does, and I find the concept of the character really interesting - and it's territory that could be very cool to explore in a movie.

Another Doctor Who Week; Day 2

Being pretty late to the game when it comes to Doctor Who, I wasn't able to see much of Elisabeth Sladen when she was with us, though it's quite possible I saw her with Tom Baker on PBS when I was a kid. If you judge a person by the way others speak of them when they're gone, you'd have to say she was one special lady.
Oh, and the Andy Pandy outfit? I think it's fantastic :)
On another note, Wes at the Who-centric "Omega Podcast" has come up with another great wallpaper;

Well Series 6 has begun and it's a good time to get to some more DW stuff. Stay tuned and see what comes up!
And on top of that - the awesome Cori is at it again, inspired by the K-9 Punx, she created this fantastic (and shiny!) card as a sort of honor to Elisabeth Sladen. She does a lot of awesome cards and stuff, (and can even help you make your own) check it out!
