The 6th Doctor!

Doctor Who's 6th Doctor (Colin Baker)




Getting to another Doctor today... Colin Baker! How can you not love his bright, patchwork outfit? Genius! If there are any other important variations of him to draw, let me know.

Just one more Doctor left to do I think...

    No 6 always makes me think of Marvel "superhero" Captain Ultra. Who is at once so lame and obscure that he should be on PUNX.

    At last! And as grand as I hoped it would be! Wow! Colin is my second favourite Doctor after Matt!

    Maybe when you have done Seven , we could get an Eleven Doctors wallpaper? Maybe in a Punxed-up TARDIS?

    Also, maybe for a variantion you coukd do him minus the jacket as he was in The Two Doctors?

    So much love!!! <3<3 I do adore Sixy... :] And eeeee! You gave him his umbrella! And remembered the cat pin! AND did the Big Finish version in the blue coat!

    (I would cheekily suggest the "Millennial Rites" version, but I'm pretty sure I'd be the only person who'd get it... :P )

    Yus, one more Doctor to go! \o/

    (Well...one and a half, I suppose you could say...'coz this chap needs his alter-ego now! ;) )

    Well, there's the Seventh Doctor, so there the brown coat and the grey coat and TV Movie versions of him to do (and don't forget the umbrella with the ? handle)

    and then as Aietra says, it might be good to do the John Hurt Doctor

    And then there's the 12th Doctor (once they are announced)

    and there's always Peter Cushing's Movie Doctor too

    So there's no rest for the Wicked just yet!

      There's always Richard E. Grant's Shalka Doctor from Scream of the Shalka as well, not to mention the mysterious Valeyard, Watcher and Dream Lord.

      And if you want to get really deep into it there's always the alternate 9th-13th Doctors from The Curse of Fatal Death played by Rowan Atkinson, Richard E. Grant (again), Jim Broadbent, Hugh Grant and Joanna Lumley respectively.

      Then there's the Nick Brigg's Future Doctor from the comic stories Party Animals, Wormwood and the fan-made series Audio Visuals, all six What-if Doctors from the Unbound series, the Burner Doctor from series four of the Gallifrey audio spin-off, Trevor Martin's Doctor from the Seven Keys to Doomsday, the parallel universe 3rd Doctor from Inferno (aka The Leader) and Mr. Popplewick from The Trial of a Time Lord. And that's just the ones that have made physical appearances.

    Brilliant. I like how you did his blue outfit as well. Ironically I was listening to a behind the scenes feature for an audio story when I decided to see if you'd posted anything new. Just as the page loaded, Colin Baker started speaking in the interview. Coincidence, or something a little more wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey?

    Springfield Punx, can you do the Sixth Doctor dressed in black? That's what Colin Baker originally wanted to wear to show the Doctor's dark personality.

    I remember there was the stage play version of his outfit, which had darker colours - mostly purple and red.

    Love your Sixie, who I've always had a soft spot for. However, you're missing a couple of slight costume changes.
    Namely the red spotted cravat and check waistcoat he wore for most of the Trial season and the yellow spotted cravat with a purple, green and white striped waistcoat from the Vervoid story.
    If you haven't got pics please let me know, I'll be happy to email you some.
    I noticed someone wanted a version of him dressed in the stageplay outfit. if you still haven't any photos of that I've got a couple of those also.
