Marvel's Venom

Venom (From Marvel Spider-Man comics)

I've previously drawn Venom for this blog, but that was a VERY long time ago, and he's a fun character to draw, so I wanted to give him a 2.0 version. Hope you like!

Civil War Spidey!

Spider-Man (from Captain America: Civil War)

As requested, here's our new Tom Holland version of Spidey from the new Civil War movie. the costume is a bit of a departure in some ways, and while I tend to like my movie Spider-Men to be a bit closer to the comic book look, this is certainly not bad. They found a way to get the squinting eyes on him, that's very cool!

Spider-Gwen...er..."Spider-Woman"

Marvel's "Spider-Gwen"

Yep, Gwen Stacy is a radioactive-spider-powered superhero now (under the name Spider-Woman), thanks to the magic of alternate universes! She's gained a crazy amount of popularity in a short time, but hey, she's Gwen Stacy after all!

UPDATE! William has sent in a really nice Springfield Punx remix image he has done, it's Marvel's Guardian! Check it out!
And Cliff is back once again with a great new Doctor Who Punx drawing, he says "I’ve done an old Sontaran, based on your one, but a classic version from an episode called the Time Warrior,  complete with Space ship…" (Click image for full size)

Marvel's Firestar

Firestar

I fondly remember as a kid sitting down to my Saturday morning cartoons, one of them being "Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends" featuring Spidey and his pals, Iceman and Firestar. In fact, I think the cartoon was her first appearance! She's a cool character, I don't actually know why they haven't done more with her.

Superior Spider-Man

Marvel's "Superior Spider-Man"

If you've not heard, for some months now, Peter Parker has been, well, dead. On top of that, Otto Octavius (aka Doctor Octopus) has been inhabiting Peter's body, posing as Spider-Man all the while! Needless to say, this "Superior Spider-Man" has a different style than the old Spidey we all know and love.

Anyway, news is that Peter Parker is set for a resurrection soon, so if you like reading Superior Spider-Man, enjoy it while you can!

UPDATE - a cool creation from Emily today, she's come up with a Punx styled "Musa" from Winx Club that she's ready to show! You can check out her deviantart page too! Thanks Emily!

The Amazing Spider-Man 2

Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield in The Amazing Spider-Man 2)
Even though the movie is months away - I have to say, I LOVE how the costume turned out for the Amazing Spider-Man follow-up! If you ask me, the live-action Spidey has never looked better!

UPDATE - This new movie Spidey looks close enough to the comic version that I figured I'd do up a new comic Spidey (2.0?) as well...

Spider-Men

Ultimate Spider-Man (Miles Morales), Scarlet Spider

I haven't read the Ultimate Spider-Man comic lately - featuring an alternate universe where the new Spidey is Miles Morales, a young man who has taken up the slack for the late Peter Parker - but from everything I hear about the comic right now, he's a good Spider-Man.

Also here is the new Scarlet Spider! Both of these guys have pretty cool suits which are great takes on the Spidey costume.

To showcase some fan art as well, here's one based on the Avengers, put together by Joseph!
